• Inner Tube -- A plastic or rubber tube or inner lining which makes contact with the fluid.Reinforcement -- A textile, plastic, or metal body or carcass which reinforces the structure of the hose to withstand internal and external pressures.
• Reinforcement is key to hydraulic hose because it ensures the hose can withstand the associated high pressures. Types of reinforcement include wire braid and wire spiral.

Evergood hydraulic hose factory first extrude the inner tube, we must make sure hydraulic hose tube is 100% oil resistant. This is a key factor to avoid hydraulic hose leakage in case oil-corrosion. After inner tube get cold, we begin to produce wire reinforcement. Steel reinforced hydraulic hoses can handle much higher pressures than textile hoses. Steel hydraulic hoses can be either built by braiding or spiraling steel over an inner cover. Braiding utilizes braiding machines that continuously lay steel braids over one another to form long lengths of hose. Spiraling steel is more difficult than braiding and is used to form the highest pressure hydraulic hoses. Steel spirals are also more rigid than braided steel and also more expensive.

Steel wire quality is another key factor to influence hose leaking. Before production, we will test steel wire tensile and tensile between hydraulic rubber and wire. Only after they pass our standard, we can make them into bulk hydraulic hose production. Low quality steel wire is cheap price and can not burden hydraulic hose working pressure. It is more easy to leak.

The Third step is to extrude hydraulic hose cover on steel wire.

Sun, wind, heat, cold, humidity and wind all are climatic elements that can prematurely erode a hydraulic hose cover. Abrasion and vibration are the primary operating elements that can also erode and decay hydraulic hose covers.
